The ongoing child welfare and paternity case involving Future and his seventh baby mother, Eliza Reign, is not about to end anytime soon.
In the latest round of drama, Eliza has asked that Future pays $53,000, a month in child support for their daughter.
According to new court documents received by Bossip, Future has asked a Florida court judge in his family court case not to have him have to submit important financial information, as Eliza Reign might use it to support her $ 53,000 per month child support.
Eliza claims that Future can certainly afford the required monthly amount, as its net worth is estimated at $ 19 million.
Future also reportedly filed court documents earlier this month asking them not to allow a paternity test to confirm whether Eliza’s daughter is his daughter, as it would cause ”material harm and irreparable harm.”
Future’s lawyer accused Eliza of leaking details about the case to various media outlets, leading Future_ to be afraid that his DNA test results and financial information would be available for the public to see because of Eliza possibly sharing it on social media and with media outlets.
In the event that Future is instructed by the judge to reveal his finances, his lawyer has asked that the files be under seal, so that only certain people would be allowed to access them.
Future had previously filed for a reduction in child support, claiming that Eliza needed only $ 450 a month to raise her daughter, and accused her of calling the little girl a “check baby.”
