Oby Ezekwesili accuses President Buhari’s government of asking Twitter to suspend Aisha Yesufu’s account—

Yesterday, Twitter temporrarily suspended the account of co-convener of the Bring Back Our Girls advocacy group BBOG, Aisha Yesufu, for violating their rule.

Reacting to the suspension, former minister and co-convener of BBOG, Oby Ezekwesili, accused the Buhari-led administration of reporting Aisha’s account because she consistently exposes the incompetence of the Buhari-led government. She appealed to the social media app not to allow itself be used to repress the voice of those calling out the Buhari-led government
